Having won billions, Vos refuses to be a hostage. Or something.

Hypocrisy and hyperbole alert!

Wisconsin GOP Assembly Speaker and big budget winner Robin Vos
Vos robin.jpg
plays the 'budget-is-all-about-me' card to fend off unnamed State Senators whom he thinks are trying to repossess his budgetary winnings:
...we’re not going to be held hostage to individuals who have some kind of a wish list that they want,” Vos said.
Speaking of wish lists, Vos has already won by helping Scott Walker with the GOP's pick-winners-and-losers game, Foxconn model and passing in the Assembly the proposed state budget earmarks of $3 billion in biggest-ever Wisconsin subsidies for the Foxconn project likely to be built in or within hailing distance of his district, plus another $252 million in fast-tracked rebuilding and expansion funding for his beloved I-94 North-South segment which runs through his district.

Which contributing to other projects, like completing the Zoo Interchange and beginning others, being held hostage or left off the WisDOT and other communities' wish lists.

Of course, Vos has a history of holding transit users and rail passengers hostage to his ideological and miserly wish lists and whims.
